Creating a Demo

Demos are essential for an actor looking to book work, whether it's creative or commercial. At Lucky Hat Studios, we want to help you create the best possible demo to fit your needs and goals! 

Demos can be pricey, and we know it feels like some times studios can easily take advantage of actors, especially those newer to the industry. We avoid this in two ways: competitive pricing and readiness. 

We feel our pricing is just right. Some studios charge upwards of $5,000 for a demo! We were scratching our heads figuring out how they can justify charging that much. 

Readiness. What does that mean? Basically, we won't just charge you for a demo and throw you to the wolves. Everyone is at different places in their career, and we feel if you're just starting out, a demo could do you more harm then good. So with this in mind, when you reach out to record your demo, you'll have to answer a series of questions first and submit an audition for us to listen to.
