Classes

Kyle has been in audio since 2006, but he landed a job at Funimation in 2008. As an ADR Engineer, Kyle became a trusted asset to handle AAA titles like One Piece, Fairy Tail, and Rosario + Vampire. 

 Working at Funimation afforded Kyle another opportunity: acting. Acting was something Kyle did as a kid and teenager for fun.

After doing bit parts and "walla" for a couple years, Tyler Walker cast him as Jason in Fairy Tail, Kyle's first named role. Kyle went on to star in The Silver Guardian and Infinite Dendrogram, as well as land numerous supporting roles in shows like My Hero Academia, One Piece, and the Disastrous Life of Saiki K.

 While Kyle was recording actors and getting behind the mic himself, he was also busy finding other ways to get more involved in the anime dubbing process. He consistently did ADR script prep (aka Timecoding), wrote some scripts himself, and even found opportunities outside Funimation to further his skills like post-production work for indie films, recording audiobooks, and helping others with personal projects.  

  In 2015, Kyle moved on to ADR Director with his first show: Ultimate Otaku Teacher.  

 After that, Kyle poured his heart into dubs like Overlord, Fire Force, Ace Attorney, Sk8 the Infinity, and much more. 

Kyle has developed a reputation of working with and developing new talent. And that's where he realized his love of teaching! 

With all this knowledge and experience of the different aspects of voiceover, Kyle thought there might be a demand out there for those interested in absorbing his knowledge! He was right! While most of what Kyle teaches focus on voiceover, he also wants you to leave his classes being a well-rounded actor, content creator, and audio production master. Good luck!
